"Downloaded zero new transactions" via Moneydance+
A few months ago, transaction download for all my Charles Schwab accounts stopped working with Moneydance, for reasons that have been well documented (no more OFX). As I haven't found a manually-download-and-import option that works, I decided that Moneydance+ might be worth the cost in order to keep my accounts in order.
After successfully setting up Moneydance+, however, I'm not getting any transaction data. Every Schwab account I've connected (and I have four) results in "Downloaded zero new transactions", even though I know there are many transactions that need to be resolved.
The Infinite Kind Knowledge Base suggests using a "Reset Sync Date" button, but I can't seem to find it anywhere in the "Set Up Moneydance+" dialog. I've clicked and right-clicked everything, to no avail.
I've heard that maybe Moneydance+ doesn't support Schwab's investment transactions. Is that true? If so, then I don't think there is any value (for me) in Moneydance+, since Schwab's accounts are the only ones whose transactions I can't download via OFX.

I'm a fellow user.
Banking transactions via Moneydance+ were implemented first.
Investment transactions are now being worked on, From a Plaid perspective it is a different service with a different API.

The above comment is correct. We are looking into implementing investment accounts through Plaid, but I can't speculate on when that will be released.

I see. Oops, I should have delayed activating my 14-day trial until after investment transactions were implemented. I guess I assumed that "thousands of banks and brokerages" included investment brokerage accounts.
Is there any way to track the progress and/or get notified when investment transactions are implemented?

If you keep an eye on the preview releases and the change log you should be able to identify when we have a preview version for testing and then the progress being made to get to a release version.

I now have a new (related) problem. I cancelled my trial and disconnected Moneydance+, but the accounts in my file that had been connected to Moneydance+ still seem to remember the connection. For example, when I "Download All Accounts", those previously-connected accounts still try to download (one asks me to choose how far back to download), and if I go to "Account | Setup Online Banking", it takes me to the "Setup Moneydance+" dialog, instead of the "Online Banking Service" or "Online Banking Signup" dialogs.
How do I stop Moneydance from trying to download transactions for these defunct formerly-Moneydance+-connected accounts?

In the md+ setup/accounts window are any accounts listed or is the window blank?
If blank, then toolbox, advanced mode, online banking menu, clean up banking links.
