I am a subscriber of your software and have been for many hears. I have sent two requests for help with pricing my bonds using your software. There used to be a user app that enabled me to update all of my bonds via a CSV file and upload. You do not support it any longer and it doesn't work in your software. Again how can I update over 35 bonds without having to price them one by one?
I am also now having a problem accessing my Investment company - Merrill Lynch. I cannot download anything via Moneydance as of today. I was able to as of last Saturday.
Can someone please help me?

I'm a fellow user.
I cannot see any recent posts by you on the public forums, hence you would not have received any responses from other users. Why support have not responded to private posts I cannot answer.
What is/was the application that updated your bonds? Is it a Moneydance extension or some third party program?
With download problems what method are you using Direct Connect, manual download and import?. What process are you following, what errors are being reported?

The applications I used was a Moneydance extension that came from a user. I used it for years but about 3 to 4 weeks ago it stopped working when I tried to use it. I know that the Infinite Kind folks did note that it was no longer supported. It worked like a dream - just create a CSV file (downloaded prices from my financial institution and made it a CSV file) with bond cusip number and the price and upload it.
I don’t remember the name of the application. I deleted it from the extensions list before making sure that there was a substitute.

The only extension I can think of is the security price load extension. This uses Tickers however.
