Hi there,
After downloaded the latest version for trial, but there is no default currencies from the installation. I have tried to install it again, but not help. do you have any suggestion? I have entered 3 currencies there for testing, but as you can see the whole list is empty and also the default list of categories (expenses/income) are missing as well.
Derek.

    Hello,

That's strange. It should be populated with several currencies, although you can add whatever currencies you want through the method it sounds like you are already using. Did you perhaps create a minimal account set when creating your data file? This often limits what is created in the program by default, although I don't think it should affect currencies.

    Hi Ethan,

Interesting, may be the first file was created wrongly, when I create a totally new file, the currencies are coming up correctly with all the expenses/income categories as well. I also manage to migrate my very old MMOB files into this latest version for testing. it is good now, and no problem.

    Thank you for replying.
    Derek.

    Hi Derek,

I'm glad to hear things are sorted out! I'm not sure if there's a right or wrong way to create a new file. It's just a matter of if one wants most of the default categories and such, or barely any and just have everything come from the import. It seems like you probably wanted a sort of 'in-between' option.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
