I'm trying to upgrade from 2021.1 (3069) to 2022.2 (4060) and I'm getting a popup: Moneydance\jre\lib\modules could not create this file. Try again? When I say "Yes" it simply loops me back to this popup. I did rename the executable file to "Moneydance 2022-2 (4060)_windows_amd64" when I downloaded it. Might that change be the problem?

    Hello,

If you try installing the program without changing the file name, is the result the same?

Which specific version of Windows are you using? And I assume it's 64-bit?

    Thanks Ethan for your response.
I did try another install, this time without changing the name. It worked, whether or not that was my problem. I've previously changed the name of the executable file in order to keep track of the various versions, but I may not have done it until after the installation.

I typically add the money version and build number to my downloads, however I only use underscores and hyphens as delimiters.
