Won’t recognize that I purchased moneydance
I had a license already for personal computer. I followed your instruction to put moneydance on my new laptop. Then I proceeded to enter my data and was told I was using the preview and I would need to pay. Not wanting to renter everything again, I just paid for the newer version. Now I have two moneydance icons on my laptop snd they both tell me I have to pay which I did. This is frustrating. Please help.

Hi Bonnie
When you purchase Moneydance you should have been sent a licence key by email from Moneydance's payment processing partners Paddle. Check your email trash folder,
You then enter the key under Moneydance HELP.
You can also recovery a lost key by entering the email address you used to purchase Moneydance in the lost key box at https://infinitekind.com/purchase
