Hello,

In attempting to move Moneydance to an external hard drive, I've encountered several problems. I purchased Moneydance on March 7, 2020 and installed it on my computer. I decided I wanted to move it to an external hard drive. Following your instructions here (https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/file-locations-and-changes/moving-to-a-new-computer), I discovered that my version was from 2019. There is no archived version from 2019 here (https://infinitekind.com/previous-versions-of-moneydance), so I downloaded the 2017 version. Despite saving it separately to my hard drive, it replaced my existing version. Now it is showing I am in Demo mode with 0 transactions left, and it will not accept the key I purchased.

Please advise.

    I'm a fellow user.

You went the wrong way with the versions.

Moneydance 2019 and 2020 are from the same license family, so in effect it mean that 2020 is just a later 2019, this is why there is no Moneydance 2019 in the main archive.

You license not working with Moneydance 2017 indicates you purchased Moneydance 2019, your license should work with Moneydance 2020.
