credit card balances
My credit card balances show positive instaead negative so reconcile is a problem
Is there an update version I should get?

Hello,
Let's work on this issue first, since an upgrade wouldn't necessarily change anything about that issue. Can you please describe what you are seeing in more detail? Are you just having an issue with your balances, or do all transactions in your account appear to be reversed (in that charges show up as payments, and vice versa)? How are you getting your transactions into the program? If you are downloading and importing a file from your bank website, which file format are you using?

thanks for response, think I've found problem, I had deleted some accounts that had balances suspect this is problem

Hello,
Yes, that would certainly be a cause of something like this. Deleting an account also deletes all of the transactions within it. And if any of those transactions were transfers between accounts, those would also be deleted, affecting all of those balances. In general, if you no longer need an account, it's better to mark it as inactive rather than deleting it.
There's no way to undelete an account, so you'll probably have to restore a recent backup.

When I enter a transaction as a "Payment" it shows up in the "Balance" as a charge, why
