I am still stuck with the same, clearly unresolved, issue. It's thread was closed for no obvious reason.

It is now getting on over two weeks. I am paying a heavy price for using Moneydance. I cannot pay bills through Wells, which I believe is a reasonably well-known bank. I would like to add my error message, but I suppose there is no point now, as there is no reference thread in which it would make sense...

My question is this: Can I use Moneydance to download and pay bills, as I used to do, and will I be able to do so within five days?

If not, forget it. I would rather buy a crappy Quicken with its obnoxious upgrade tax than lose all my bills and have my credit score suffer.

Can we PLEASE keep the thread open until there is a reasonable resolution?

    Hi Scott,

would you mind telling which thread you're talking about?
    It's probably this one... http://help.infinitekind.com/discussions/problems/732-sudden-issue-...
Angie indicates that Sean is working on a solution...
and there is this thread too http://help.infinitekind.com/discussions/problems/695-untrusted-ser... and several others regarding Wells Fargo

Are you able to post there? Thought support staff and thread-starter are able to write messages even on closed threads and reopen them this way.

    Thanks,
    Raimund
