Wrong account numbers for payees
HELP!!! When I pay a bill online, all my payees have the wrong account number. Well, actually they all have the same account number as the first one on the payee list. If I submit payment and go on my banks website and check pending payments, sure enough the account number there is wrong. Moneydance is usless for me now.

I am sorry for the unreasonably long delay in responding to your issue. If you are not using the most recent version (2010r2 build 741), please update to that version. You can download the update here. This update has resolved a few key issues our users have been experiencing, including some online bill pay issues. Please let me know if your issue persists and we will look into other solutions, including your OS, your bank's name, and the version of Java you are using.

Angie, first of all, I'm using build 735 but I will upgrade soon. You
should know that I fixed my problem but am worried that it may recur but
maybe the new build will prevent that. I fixed it by doing a "Refresh"
somewhere. Can't remember. Maybe while viewing payee's there's a Refresh?
All my old account numbers came back.
By the way, I think it would be very helpful to see all the Payee's info
while paying bills, like City/Address. Payee's change their addresses
frequently. I did offer this suggestion online.
