<p>1) Under normal circumstances your payment date has to be at least 7 days in the future. Checking the option "Observe Online Payment Date Restrictions" option in preferences, allows you to submit a transaction with a date less than 7 days into the future.</p>
<p>2) If you have moved your data file to a location different than the default, I would strongly recommend returning it to: <strong>/Users//Library/Containers/Moneydance/Data/Documents</strong></p>
<p>3) Your log show a server error 500. So, you could try to recreate the connection with your bank. You will need to disable your current connection and then recreate it by navigating to the Online Banking Setup screen. To do so, you can follow these steps:</p>
<ol>
<li>Select your bank account in Moneydance

<li>Select Online --> Setup Online Banking<br></li>
<li>
<p>Click the "Disable" button. (If you don't see this button, just close the window).
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Repeat the previous steps for any additional accounts at the same institution.</p>

<li>
<p>Select Online --> Set Up Online Banking->Connect to OFX Service</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Select your bank and hit OK</p>
</li>

<p>Continue with the setup process, entering your username/password

Restart Moneydance.</p>

My error log is attached below. Yes, I can download data from Truist. I can also successfully do online payments with Truist UNLESS I enter a date with insufficient lead time. If I do enter a date with insufficient lead time, I get this error message:</p>
