Saving Files.... or indeed anything!
The clutz from the UK here.
I have resolved the issue of the licenses. I'm now encountering the most basic of problems. I am on a iMac. I personalise and enter data such as bank accounts, savings, credit cards, then enter transactions and then... I can't save anything. I have looked through the 'manual' and as it doesn't list contents individually I can't find out how you do this. I go to File/Save As and nothing appears. When I close the window "Do you want to Save" window appears. I Click Save... and nothing happens. And so I can't close the window. The only way to close anything is to Quite the programme.... and then.. guess what.... nothing saves! I've looked under the Forum and someone suggested that in their case they needed to upgrade to Mondaydance 2010. That seemed to solve it for her. However that's the version I already have Mondaydance 2010 (723) so that doesn't help me. I'm sure there is a very simple answer, and when I'm told I'll want to go and hide in a cupboard.... But....
