So what does happen? What do you see?
Can you find and post Help/Console here?

Stuart Beesley (Mr Toolbox)tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/539809022022-04-23T17:32:14Z2022-04-23T17:32:14ZMoneydance won't download accounts now

Thanks Stuart. I've left for a business trip. Will have to t/s this when I
return.

It will open fine, but once I try and download all of my account, it
doesn't appear to do anything. And you can't do anything else with it so
you have to kill it from the Task Manager.

Downloading seems to what locks it up. If I don't run downloads, it will
let me do other things like enter transactions and even back it up.

But, I will have to get the build info when I return. I did verify it has
the latest version via the update option in the menu.

Christag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/539809022022-04-23T21:37:13Z2022-04-23T21:37:13ZMoneydance won't download accounts now

The next time this happens and you have to force quit, before restarting Moneydance, please find and send your errlog.txt file. This will capture any errors that are happening in the background, even if the program has frozen.

If you're using Mac OS X, it should be located at one of these locations within your Home folder:

~/Library/Containers/com.infinitekind.MoneydanceOSX/Data/Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt

or:

~/Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt

If you have any trouble finding your Home Library folder, open Finder, select Go -> Go to Folder -> from the menu bar, and copy and paste in:

~/Library

This should pull up your local Library folder.

If you're using Windows, it should be located at:

C:/Users/(yourusername)/.moneydance/errlog.txt

If you're using Linux, it should be located at:
