Split transactions freeze program
After I downloaded the most recent MD 2022 upgrade on my MacBook Air today , split transactions froze up and the number in the payment column is grayed out. How can I fix it?

What build are you on? 2022.3(4077) should resolve this?
Try running toolbox extension. It should detect off screen issues and if u enable update mode there will be a button to fix.

I am on Build 4077. I ran Toolbox. It did not resolve issue.

Ok.
Restart MD, Run toolbox again. Update mode. General tools. Reset window positions.
Did this work?

That’s good and a shame. It means the fix we developed didn’t work. Can you tell me a bit about your setup. Dual monitors etc? Where were the screens (left/right)? Are you on Mac or windows? If windows, in your dataset folder there will be a backup file of config.dict dated / times just before you ran the fix. Could you redact your license number and then attach that here to look at?

One monitor on a Macbook Pro. I reset the windows (took a moment to figure
out that I need to type all uppercase "IAGREE." A note there would help). I
have not gotten to it on my Windows machine but if the problem is there, I
will send you the config.dict and license #.

If you get the problem again, please run toolbox. Enable debug mode, Exit toolbox. Launch toolbox again and then post the contents of help/show console. It will show the window data for debug purposes. Thx.
