I haven't used the computer version of Moneydance in awhile--I mostly used my iPhone which works great with Dropbox. I opened my computer version of Moneydance isn't syncing to or from Dropbox. I thought perhaps I could unlink my computer version of Moneydance from Dropbox and relink again but when I tried to relink all it does is ding at me. Please help.

Thank you.

What version of MD? I suspect you are on an older version? Try the latest version.

I agree, the version number would be good. It would also be helpful if you could expand on what you mean by "all it does is ding at me." Where specifically does this happen? Feel free to attach a screenshot of what you are looking at if that helps. If you're not sure how to take a screenshot, please see http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/

With the changes beginning to happen to the Dropbox (and Onedrive) locations caused by the the deprecation of kernel extensions in macOS 12.3, it is as well to check whether there is a "Dropbox" in the Locations section of the Finder Sidebar. If there is, then the sync method needs to changed from "Dropbox Folder" to "Shared Folder" and pointed at the new ~/Library/CloudStorage/Dropbox location.
