Budgeted numbers changed slightly after app restart

I recently downloaded Moneydance and started playing with the free trial. Among other things, I started a budget and entered $100 for May in some random category (Automobile). I copied it to the next month (June) with the "Copy previous period" feature.

The next day I opened it up again, and discovered that the budgeted numbers had both changed slightly: May now had $99.90, June had $99.76. I tried copying this forward to July, which I checked then correctly had $99.76. But after restarting the app, July had changed to $99.60. I have no idea where any of these adjustments came from.

I tried fiddling further to try and reproduce this again, and wasn't able to. The numbers don't seem to be changing now.

Is there some reason why these numbers would have changed? I want to try Moneydance, but find it hard to trust if my inputs silently change like this.

Thank you!
