I am just having trouble
I need help in a big way even if you would have a look in and fix up what is going. I have my key because i have paid for the new up date

Which version and build of Moneydance are you using?
To check, open Moneydance and select Help --> About Moneydance.
Can you let me know which operating system you're running on your computer?
Could you send a brief description of the problem/s you are encountering?
Would it be possible to see a screenshot of the issue, perhaps?
