Cannot do new transaction on four of 5 Investment Accounts

Can toggle between portfolio, register, bank register, and securities details. No problem.

Just cannot do a new transaction in 4 investment accounts. One account is ok, this account has a cash balance. The four that do not work have no cash balance.

Suggestions?
