Moneydance version 2022.4 (4087)
macOS 10.15.7

There is a bug in this beta version (and previous ones) : I am using a Swiss french keyboard and when inserting text in the memo field of a new transaction, typing letters with circumflex accent (ê, â, ...) moves the insertion point to the beginning of the field

    Hi Laurent,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

I wonder if trying to change the default font might help?
You can navigate to File->Preferences->Appearance then change the font type to e.g. "Arial". Click "OK "and restart Moneydance.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.

    Hello !

I tried your solution with both font types Arial and Geneva. This was not solving the problem.

    Best regards

    Laurent

Could you try changing the "Theme" (this time), to something other than "default"?
    You should restart Moneydance afterwards.

    Hello
Using theme “Classic” is solving the problem.
