In the Sallie Mae case I suspect that the Sallie Mae choice available in the list of supported banks is trying to connect to SallieMae loans rather than Sallie Mae banking. In the Alliant CU case I have 2 separate accounts only one of which will connect, while the other after entering the uid , password, and requested OTP, it gets stuck in a loop requesting a new pin via Plaid and Alliant not sending one to enter. I don't see any way to disable TFA in Alliant. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
The current released version is 2022.4(4087) - not saying that will fix your problem, but a lot of MD+ changes were made.

dtdtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/545372022022-06-05T14:50:21Z2022-06-05T14:50:21ZMoneydance+

Unfortunately, yes I am up to date with 4087 and the results are the same as 6 months ago; nothing has changed. I still believe that MD+ is trying to connect to the Sallie Mae loan side of the business rather than the Sallie Mae banking side. When one logs in to Sallie Mae, it routs my credentials to https://banking.salliemae.com/ and I suspect that MD+ is not accommodating that and attempts to login to the loan side with my credentials. That's my guess anyway. As far as Alliant, I just think it is a problem with having two separate Alliant accounts with different credentials, Again, that's just my guess. Unfortunately, these 2 failures make MD+ a "no-go" for me if they can't be fixed. Thank you for responding to my request for suggestions, I appreciate your time.

Bob
