The software is not allowing me to register my upgrade

I paid the upgrade fee and downloaded the software but it will not allow me to register the software. It is requiring me to download and pay for it again. please help.

    I'm having the same problem. This is the second time I've had to pay for an update and get a new license but can't enter it anywhere to get out of the "free" trial. I've been using this for years and struggle every time there is an update.

    go to the Help menu and select the "Register Moneydance" option

    That's the problem - there is not "Register Moneydance" option in the Help menu

    Go to Moneydance/About Moneydance and see if it says you are registered or not.

    There is no Register Moneydance in the Help menu. I finally figured out you go to “System” and there is a blue bar that says this is a trial. It allowed me to enter my license key and register the version of the software. I am now up and running.

    LuAnn, go into Summary and click on the blue bar up top where it says your copy is unregistered and enter your License key. That worked for me.
