Check numbers not appearing when confirming transactions
I have three checks in unconfirmed transactions. Honestly, I've never understood why checks don't auto-confirm with the original entry, assuming number and amount match, but currently the confirmation dialog isn't even showing check numbers. In the attached screenshot you can see that I'm trying to confirm check 897, and it's listing the three uncleared checks for $35, but with their descriptions instead of check number. Technically I can match the dates in the confirmation dialog with the dates of the right check number, but I'd really like the check numbers back.

Hmmm. I'm a fellow user.
Did you intend to attach a screenshot? If so, it appears to have come adrift.
Try attaching it here:

Hmmm. I believe I attached a file, but it's obviously not there.
Right now I have three $35 checks to the same person that have cleared. Since the check numbers are not displayed in the "Merge Choices" I need to instead look at the check number from the current transaction, then get the date out of the entry, then look for that date in the merge choices. I believe the number used to appear in Merge Choices.
Seems like merging checks should be super-easy.

I believe this is a regression from previous versions of MoneyDance. Is there a way I can get check numbers back in the Merge Choices dialog?

I would really love it if Moneydance would fix the check reconcile function. This is just silly.
A music teacher didn't deposit her checks for an extra special long time. As a result I had about 10 checks to reconcile. You can see the check number appears in the check being reconciled, but not in merge choices. The only way to do this is to find the check number being merged in the main register, look at the date, then find the date in the merge choices. IMHO no reason on earth the check number shouldn't appear in merge choices and the matching check be the top choice.

Can this be a feature request, please?
