As of Monday 11 July 2022, most security prices do not update using the Yahoo source. A few mutual funds will update but nothing else. When I start the update no security names or prices appear at the bottom. Only the phrase "Unable to update (blank) to USD."

I am not support staff, just a user.
    Hi Tim

Just tested the Extension Quote Loader with the source set to Yahoo, no problems.

If you are not using the extension Quote Loader install it under EXTENSIONS – MANAGE EXTENSION

For information on the features of this extension and how to use see post 259 at

Download the PDF’s attached to post 259 and have a read.

To get an overview take a look at the YouTube videos by using the links on page 1 and 2 of the PDF.

The Quick Start Video is intended to give a quick overview so the user can see if Quite loader looks like it could work for them. The Short Video expands the user’s knowledge giving more detail. The Full Video goes even further but may be to wordy for some.
The PDF reinforces what’s leaned in the videos, provides step by step instructions, a must read and provide answers on how to handle less obvious issues some users may come across.

Let us know how you get on or if you need help just post.

    Hope this helps.

I've just tested the Quotes and Exchange rate extension with Yahoo as the source and it worked as expected.
