Reconciliation and upgrades

I have been using MD for a few years now and have experienced a problem with Reconciliation. At least a couple times in the past few years I have attempted to reconcile only to find the beginning balance that is way out of whack. When investigating I find months of transactions that are no longer marked as cleared?

I am also wondering if there are upgrades to this program?

    Go to help/Console save the contents to a file, upload the file to the thread...
