deleting currency symbols from a report in excel
I have produced an MD report and exported this to excel. However, as the MD report contains Currency symbols. , I cannot do any calculations in Excel as each cell contains a mixture of alpha and numeric data
I can laboriously remove the Alpha currency symbol in the excel report but am wondering if there is some way to bulk remove Alpfa currency symbols from my excel report?
Can anyone help?

In excel use the find and replace feature to remove the symbols.
Or edit the currency in MD, remove the symbol, rerun report.
