doesn't download deposits

Hi, I've used Money Dance with Wells Fargo for years. A few months ago it stopped downloading deposits, although it continues to download withdrawals. I have no idea what's going on. Please help

   Open the console window (help-Console window) when you know you have both a transaction and a deposit available. Then sync the Wells Fargo account and see what goes into that console windows.

   Other option is to reset the sync in the "setup downloads" section. This may download duplicate transactions the first time you download from that bank.

   Thanks for your email. Today I tried synching, and both withdrawals and
   deposits were downloaded. It's a bit mysterious, but things seem to be
   working--and I'll take that any day. In case you want to look into it, I've
   attached a copy of what showed up in the console window as a result of that
   download.
