Opening the program's file.
When executing OPEN it vectors me first to choose if I want to upgrade THE RESIDENT FILE. I do and the next click takes me to the update download process which ends at the place where i began. I end up reloading it over and over but never get to a page that accesses the program

I described elsewhere and earlier that every try to install a datafile puts me in a loop that goes back to the place I started. A loop, as I guess it might be.
