It looks like you were setting up a direct connection with this account? Let me know if you were using a different connection method. If so:
1) Open your bank account register by clicking on it in the left sidebar in Moneydance
2) Select Online->Setup Online Banking from the menu bar
3) Click the Disable button. This should disable this connection.

After clicking the + sign, at the bottom of the Sidebar, choose Advanced and scroll through the Available items to see if the BB&T account shows there. If so, add it back to the "Included Items" list and follow the steps in post 4 of this thread.

The bogus pop-up was an attempt to set up a credit card. It should have had “CHASE” in both places, not BB&T. As a result, there isn’t any account set up in Moneydance and I can’t log into the “account” on that pop-up. I have to click cancel and move on.
Load toolbox. Online Tools menu.. View installed service profiles... In there you should see the erroneous connection.Then use Delete OFX banking service to nuke that OFX DC connection... Note: It will nuke that connection for all accounts connected to it...
