In the column that indicates reconciled transactions, there are green dots next to some transactions and gold diamonds next to others. I have never seen that before today. What's the meaning of each? Thank you.

    I'm a fellow user.

Green Dots mean reconciled, Gold Diamonds means reconciling, so in other words the transactions are part of the way through the reconciliation process but the process has not been finished, perhaps during the reconciliation process you selected finish later, perhaps you marked the transaction as reconciling in the register.

Thank you, dwg, for "decoding" the dot colors. Wouldn't it be nice if the
creator of the program did that?!! Anyway, I suspected maybe I accidentally
hit "finish later" instead of "done" when I reconciled last month. You have
now confirmed my suspicion so I can clean up my register without fear.
    Thanks again.

It would be nice if the developer did a lot of things :)

In this case there is an implied reference in the reconciling article in the Knowledge Base but it could be expanded upon and made a lot clearer.
