Money Dance + and Chase Bank not connecting
I subscribed to Money Dance+ bacause Chase no longer downloads with OFX. However, Money Dance is still not able to download from Chase. I disconnected Chase and reconnected with Plaid. Is there something else I need to do?

For your particular question - are you sure you disconnected OFX downloads? Is Plaid connect cool?
You might want to walk through this process to insure everything is correct.

I am certain that I am disconnected from OFX for the Chase accounts. I followed the instructions found on the link that you sent, but the result is always the same (I tried 3 times). Going through the process, MD+ does download and I clear the transactions. However, when I close and reopen Money Dance, the Chase accounts display and error message and do not download. I also get an error message for a non-existent bank account labeled Money Dance +.

just a user - as I say in that link - there are many ways to get the setup wrong (not your fault) - I also say Moneydance should improve their code.
You will probably need the Toolbox extension to clear out what appears to be duplicate entries in MD+ not attached properly. I'm not an expert here (Stuart Beesley is), but you probably need to go to the OFX/download tools, and clean out the duplicates. And no, I can't direct you specifically, but at least you have a direction to pursue.

Quicken users are reporting the same issue and someone from Chase, who appears to be a MOD is saying they did a server migration and it has messed up some users. As late as 10.8 she reports not ETA.
I called Chase today because I'm having the same issue and the person I talked to tried to say it was Quicken's issue, not Chase's. I told her that both Quicken and MD are having the same issues, so it HAS to be a Chase issue.
We went round and round and finally I had her open a ticket.

Actually, hold the phone. I was just told by Chase that they won't open a ticket because they don't believe they have a problem and are adamant that the Quicken issue is being worked on BY Quicken, despite a mod claiming otherwise.
So, they are NOT going to look into this issue, which means they are useless to me. I'm canceling my Chase card and will find a bank that will support DL transactions.
