MD2010r2(741) - I cannot connect to Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union. I have previously (for about a year) been able to connect w/no problem. After I encountered this problem, I disabled the online connection and have tried unsuccessful to set up online banking again. I have selected the account, selected "online" then "set up online banking", then "new connection", the window opens and I can select Addison Ave. Fed. CU. At this point nothing happens, the "next" button is grayed out and it never connects.
I can go to the CU website and connect outside of MD, so I know it's working on their end.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Richard

    Hi Richard,

I'm very sorry for my late reply. I noticed on my computer that it took about 15 seconds for Moneydance to finish downloading information from your bank and enable the Next button. Other banks are much quicker. It seems like perhaps their server is just a little slow. If you wait a little, does the next button eventually become available?

    Jessica,
Thanks for the reply and info. I actually discovered that the problem was with the name. I had originally entered the account as, Addison Ave CU when I entered the account in MD. This was almost a year ago and it had been working fine until a few days before I sent my email to you. I played around with it and found that I had to reenter the name exactly as it is in your drop-down menu, i.e. Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union. Once I did that it worked - it did take a few seconds for the button to be enabled as you said. So apparently, at least w/Addison Ave., it requires an identical match between what is in the drop-down list of banks and how it is entered as and "account name" in MD.
    Completely resolved, thanks.

    Regards,

    Richard
