iPhone app locks up after entering one entry... need to reboot after each entry

Running version 2020.2 (1929) and continuing to have app lock up after completing each entry... pretty frustrating. Work around is to close app and then enter transaction and then close app, repeat....

I am hoping there is an update available to resolve, but can't seem to find it?!?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    I would rebuild/refresh your sync data. To do this, you will need Toolbox extension. This won't load on your old version. You will need at least Moneydance 2021.1 (3069), or ideally the latest 2022.5(4091). If you upgrade, then on your master dataset, install/run toolbox extension, enable advanced mode, advanced mode, then option: "Force a refresh/PUSH of your local dataset to Sync"....

    I can't promise it will work, but I suspect it will....

    Hello Mr. Tool (Stuart),
    I was just sitting down to review your suggested fix and paused a bit… to resolve my issue I will require an upgrade?

    Is there another option versus having to pay more to resolve? Back ground… I went away from Quicken due to their fees and jumped to Moneydance to avoid.

    Yes. You can cheat. File/export backup.
    Then file/restore from backup.
    (If popup then UNTICK retain sync settings) Now you have a new sync relationship.
    File/syncing. Setup syncing again.
    On iOS app click cog settings disconnect. Restart app. Setup iOS app again to new sync dataset (you will see two).

    I just tried your fix and knock on wood… it seemed to work! Hoping it is a good long fix.
