<p>What you might want to try is to open the console (Help/Console) and HAVE IT OPEN when you try to connect to the savings account, having it open will allow for the detaill to show up.</p>
<p>Then review what actually gets downloaded - that might provide some insight. Of course, 0/0 probably means you won't get anything.</p>
<p>You might also want to make sure it is linked properly in MD+, but given Checking works, you know how to do that.</p>

<p>Do you have transactions between May 1 and today other than the two you mentioned? I think you would.</p>
<p>Are the transactions already recorded in Moneydance? Have they been reconciled? (That would cause a duplicate hit)</p>
<p>How about Oct 10 in particular? (As you say I don't expect Oct 31 yet)</p>
<p>Otherwise, you probably need someone who can interpret the console better than I can.<br>

Yes, two to three transactions a month. Yes, until I started using Moneydance+ I would download a quicken file and import the records.<br>
I transitioned to Moneydance+ on October 14 and it didn't download the October 10 data, so I gave it till the end of October to see if it pick up the October 31 transaction, which it hasn't (tried again this morning). That's when I started troubleshooting by doing the resets. I appreciate your help.<br>

It sounds like you’ve never gotten a single transaction for this savings account.</p>
<p>Is it at all possible that you are being given more than two connections and you are hooking up to a wrong one (maybe one that has been closed - i.e. no more connections)?</p>
<p>Had you downloaded the October 10 data and imported it as well as the earlier ones? Were they reconciled or cleared?</p>
<p>As for Oct 31, I would expect it by today (nov 3), but not absolutely sure, as I don’t know how efficient US bank is.</p>
<p>Hmm, also, does US bank require you to validate access? (Maybe checking has access but savings does not?) [here I’m talking about validating access at the bank.]</p>

I have only one US Bank checking account and one US Bank savings account, same login - no closed US Bank checking or saving accounts. No current or previous credit cards, loans, etc. I had tried a long time ago to use OFX but had no luck. As mentioned before, I did delete the US Bank OFX banking service while troubleshooting in case that was causing a conflict.<br>
No I had not manually downloaded the October 10 data hoping it would be populated through Moneydance+. I just let it ride until now to see what would happen with the October 31 transaction. I had no lag in getting my US Bank checking transaction that occurred on October 31, so I expect by now the US Bank saving transaction should have come through. US Bank did required that I get a 4 digit code via text to set up the Mondeydance+ connection, but after that the US Bank checking worked fine. Just nothing for US Bank savings. Thank you again, please let me know if you anyone else has any suggestions on how to get this account to work in Moneydance+. Best,<br>

<p>log into your us bank account, go to myaccounts/mycontrols/manage third party access</p>
<p>then you should see moneydance, of course, but also click manage sharing details to make sure both accounts are listed and have account information checked.</p>
<p>I'm sure they both will, since it is connecting, but checking from end to end is always useful.</p>
<p>Then use Toolbox to check "View Last OFX download dates" - check both USBank checking and savings (there may be more than one, as the database doesn't clean up real well with all the changes), but see if savings resets from May 2022 to a recent date, meaning it did bypass some items.</p>

<p>Something changed 08/06/2022 on both accounts to create a new profile.</p>
<p>You stopped using OFX on 10/05/22 or shortly thereafter (both accounts)</p>
<p>You established Md+ at some point and</p>
<p>US Bank Checking says they've checked everything up to 10/31/2022 (and you agree it seems fine)</p>
<p>US Bank Saving says they've checked everything up to 11/03/2022 (and you say it has missed a lot of info, and your logs seem to indicate it finds nothing). [10/31 may not be an issue here, but everything else would be]- and you checked from May 2022, with a reset as well.</p>
<p>So, it seems to say - there is a problem here based on the data you've reported.</p>
