New Credit Card Number Not Allowing Online Setup
I had two Citi cards that had to be cancelled and issued new numbers for whatever reason. I wanted to keep both accounts continuous and just update their respective account numbers. So did that for both in Account/Edit Account. And went through the online set up again to restore online banking. Worked fine for card #1 but card #2 doesn't show in the pull-down of accounts at the end of the online banking setup process. Any ideas?

I also had a Citi card get canceled and replaced (apparently, some company's database was compromised and the card was canceled by Citi as a safety precaution). Unlike you, though, I started a new account in Moneydance for the new account number.
Why don't you try starting a new account for card #2 and seeing if you can connect properly with that one? If so, then you could try just batch transferring all the transactions from the old account to the new one.

Good idea. Tried, but that card number still doesn't want to show up in the pull-down.

Duh. I had to add the card to online banking on Citi's site. Strange that I didn't have to re-do that with the other new card.
