Error loading data

I am getting an error when I start moneydance -

'Error loading data'

'An unexpected error occured java.io.IOException: Operation timed out

please advise what to do

   Does MD actually start?

   Send screenshot of the error.

   Fine and upload the errlog.txt file here.

   I'm glad to hear things are sorted out. If this happens again, the errlog.txt file should help give more detailed errors.
