Moneydance App iPhone Not working

I am currently using an iPhone 13 Pro iOS version 16.1.2 - for some time the Moneydance App has been taking a longtime to download accounts but now the App crashes/closes after displaying 'Loading Accounts'. I currently Sync my accounts with Dropbox. The desktop version of Moneydance appears to be syncing fine.
Please can you assist.

    Toolbox extension. Advanced mode. Advanced menu. Force refresh/push sync data. Wait for about 10 mins. Restart MD. Restart phone.

    Sorry but can you give me more guidance - I can’t find Toolbox extension on either my phone or desktop version on Moneydance. Thank you

    Manage Extensions
    Toolbox
    Install
    Extensions
    Toolbox
    top right
    enable advanced mode
    Advanced options
    force refresh/push sync data

    BUT - what version of MD are you on?

    I was using an older version of Moneydance so have just purchased the upgrade - I am now using version 2022.5(4091)
    I followed your instructions to Force refresh/push sync but the moneydance app on the iPhone still crashes when trying to open the accounts. I saved the log as text and attached to this email as I don’t understand it. I would be grateful for more assistance.

    OK, log looks OK..

    Several things:
    - Are you on the latest Android App? - Have you tried deleting the app, reboot phone, and reinstalling app? - Can you run toolbox, analyse dataset and objects.. Post output here...
