Downloaded CC account not updating previously matched MD account
Just recently, one of my MD accounts stopped updating after I tried to import a downloaded transaction file using Microsoft Money(OFX) option in my online Credit Card account. This is the format I download all my accounts in. My other CC accounts will update and show the dark blue circle indicating new transactions to match. Just one has not updated since Dec 5. I can't find a way to unmatch my MD account file from the download file so I can try to download and match to my MD account again in hopes that would work. I think I may need to delete a file in my support file tree somewhere and need guidance.

You can use
Command ⌘ instead of
Control ^ on Mac

What version of MD? If 2022 then menu, online, match online accounts, import/OFX
If older then toolbox extension. Update mode, online banking tools, forget ofx banking link.
But I don’t think this will make any difference. It either imports or it doesn’t. Have you checked the file using a text editor? Or perhaps reset the sync date.
And or upload help/console after the import to here.

It’s working now. I waited to try it again on a different day. It must have been the CC download on that day that was faulty. I had tried multiple times even. I downloaded the exact same thing today but now it works. Thanks. I at least learned where to find the online account matching and how to reset it.
