If 2022 then menu, online, match online accounts, import/OFX</p>
<p>If older then toolbox extension. Update mode, online banking tools, forget ofx banking link.</p>
<p>But I don’t think this will make any difference. It either imports or it doesn’t. Have you checked the file using a text editor? Or perhaps reset the sync date.</p>

I waited to try it again on a different day. It must have been the CC download on that day that was faulty. I had tried multiple times even. I downloaded the exact same thing today but now it works. Thanks.
