I have Moneydance 2019.2 running on a Mac. It has worked fine until last week when I was unable to download new qfx files from my bank. When I try to do this, Moneydance freezes and I need to Quit the program. Any suggestions?

   When this happens, locate errlog.txt (after you quit) and upload that here...

   I recently installed Ventura, the latest version of the Mac operating system. But if that were the cause of my problem, there would be a lot of people in a similar situation.

   Hi Michael,
   We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

   Is it possible that the version of Moneydance that you are running is no longer compatible with your operating system?

   For example: Moneydance 2022.5 (4091) (the latest version) is fully compatible with macOS 10.12+ as outlined here.

   Since your operating system is macOS Ventura (version 13), clearly you would need to upgrade.

   Thanks, Maddy. You were correct; I needed to upgrade. One suggestion - It would be a good idea if users received some sort of notification when an upgrade is necessary. That would be much more user friendly than having the program just stop working properly.
