I purchased this app but the download will not work. Is there a number I can call

I'm a fellow customer.
Support is generally via the forums, there is no phone support.
Assuming you purchased the software directly from the company you should be able to download the program from:
https://infinitekind.com/download-moneydance-personal-finance-software
There have been no reports of any problems with the download site.
