Prin t report
When printing report, it cuts off header on second page when printing to Canon printer. Workks fine if I send to PDF or XPS and the print to canon from there. It also works fine when printing to HP. I have tried setting pages to maximum margins. Even with 2 inch top margin it still cuts off headers on second page. Have no problem printing to canon from other programs. I Only have this problem with moeydance

Sounds like a printer driver issue to me. Canon may not be interpreting the print commands correctly unlike the HP. Or different interpretations of the print commands. This is just a problem with a non-unified printing system, you are at the mercy of every manufacturer to support printing slightly differently.
