Not downloading
Hi. I've added a new asset account & it's not downloading the data from my financial institution. I have confirmed it's connected and matched. I also have 2 credit card accounts it's not downloading. But my main checking accounts have.

Well this is a bit vague. What version of MD, what version of OS?
Are the asset account and the two CC accounts all at different institutions?
Are you using MD+ or just direct connection when you set up Online access?
Did the Online access setup (or MD+) tell you that the connection was correct?
Open the Help->Console Window.
Clear the window
attempt to download one of the accounts
Attach the text file output in the console window here, remove any sensitive information.
