Print dialog barely works

Issues with the print dialog for Income and Expenses, etc:
- Only the Save to PDF entry does not print the file to my printer as all the other entries do
- Copying the title from the report before printing, then trying to paste it into the Save to PDF dialog messes up the title and does nothing in the save dialog. I've had transactions show up in the title, for example, not just a copy of what I was trying to paste.
- I wish the report title were automatically used to name the file to be saved
