Extensions not loading

I experienced the quote loader issue - it stopped updating mid December. So I went into extensions to try and reload the quote loader, but now the available extensions do not show up as new or to be updated. Only the extensions that have been loaded are showing.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac
