Registration issues moving moneydance to new computer

I attempted to register moneydance on my new computer and the the program won't accept my product activation code. Please assist.

   Hi John,

   Did you install the same version of Moneydance on the new machine that you had installed on the old machine?

   From the Moneydance menu bar, go the Help > About Moneydance. On a Mac, About Moneydance may be under a different menu.

   Compare the two versions. They must be the same for the license key to work.
