Microsoft store version of Moneydance not starting

The program will not open. I have tried re-installing Moneydance and installing it on another PC.

    We will need more information to begin to diagnose the issue. I would start by asking:

    1. Operating system and version
    2. Moneydance version and build
    3. Error messages received when trying to start Moneydance
