Auto-commit not working

Since recently I'm experiencing that my recurring transaction with Auto-Commit box checked are not applied automatically on due dates to my register. I've to do it manually.
Are you aware of any such issue and how to solve it?

    Md menu. File. Preferences. Network. Autocommit.

    Why it's in a tab named "Network" it's beyond me!
