I have much the same issue. I simply cannot connect to USAA.com. They are in your drop-down menu. I am using Mac OS X 10.6.2 and Just downloaded the very most recent version of MoneyDance. Please do not force me to return to Quicken.
best, don

Stann- Thanks for your request. We are working on adding your bank, and will let you know when the connection is complete (this generally within 7-10 business days).
Donald- Most financial institutions will require you to enable your accounts for application-based online banking. I'm afraid it is usually more productive to lie and tell your bank that you are using Quicken. Moneydance uses exactly the same OFX server connection protocol as Quicken but you bank representative many not know this and mistakenly believe that they do not support Moneydance. Calling up your bank and stating precisely the following should get you started. "Please enable direct connect on my account such that I can connect to your servers directly with Quicken. Also give me the login credentials I need to connect Quicken to this service."
Application-based online banking often requires a different login/PIN than the ones that are used for ATM or web-based banking. When you enable your account for access from Moneydance or Quicken, your financial institution should let you know what customer ID/login and PIN to use.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,

Angie, I have been using Quicken 2010 for Windows with all my institutions without incident. Should I go ahead and make the call or is there another issue?

Stann- I've authorized a refund for you, our billing service should be notifying you shortly. Thanks for trying Moneydance.
Donald- Yes I would go ahead and call as Angie has suggested. It is probably the case that in quicken you were connecting using 'web connect' which is different from 'direct connect'.
Let me know how it works out for you,
Jon Hoover, Moneydance Support
