Java error associated with Sears Card and Error Code 2000 from Chase.
Retrieving of Profile for Sears Card is stopped by error message: "I'm sorry, an error occurred: Java.id.IDException: unexpected end of input looking for Tag." Can not get past this error to continue setting up Sears Card for online access.
When I try to log on to Chase, I get this message - "There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.
Bank Name: Chase
The error code reported by the server was: 2000
USER NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM WITH THIS APPLICATION"
My system is a MAC running Mountain Lion.

i've also had this problem w/my sears card acct, since sometime after 6mar (last d/l'd transaction)
i tried disabling/reenabling online again, but it also fails w/ a java error:
I'm sorry, an error occurred: java.io.IOException: Unexpected end of input looking for tag.
i don't recall if this started after i installed version 2012.5 (862)

Hi All,
Per ofxhome.com, Sears Card has been experiencing OFX failures since March 7, 2013.

Hi everyone,
We just updated the connection to the Sears card--can you try connecting to them and see if you're able to download now?
To be able to connect with them again, please select the account that you want to connect to from the left sidebar column in Moneydance, then go to Online -> Set Up Online Banking and click the "New Connection" button (this needs to be done to reset the connection, even if your connection was setup before), select "Citi Cards" and click Ok. After that, you'll be returned to the Online Banking Setup window--click the "Next" button and follow the instructions from there to get reconnected to your Citi Card account.

thanx...it works, but tells me my uid/passwd don't match their records:-\ but @ least u got m-d fixed:-)
