Error Code

I have just installed the latest version of this program. On boot up it displays the following error code:- java.lang.NoClassDelFoundError:com/moneydance/util/StringUtils.

So far the program appears to work.Can anyone help or explain?

   Firstly, do you have build 5005?

   There is an issue with some extensions... Can you get help/console and upload that here.

   My version is 2023 build 5005.

   I'm not sure what is ment bt 'get help/console'.

   I have downloaded and installed three updates from the site with the
   same result.

   There is a MD menu called help… yes? Click that. Then select the show console option. Copy the contents and upload here.
