action dropdown on investment account register page

The system will no longer allow me to select DivXfr on the action pull down, instead it defaults to XFR. This has not been a problem before - has something changed?

    just a user - what version of MD are you using?

    Is this a 2023(5005) issue, or a different version?

    We typically see an inability to select any action other than XFR if you have an investment account that you have not assigned/associated any securities to.
